This video demonstrates how to use Anzo for Excel to turn a regular worksheet into a budget forecast data collection template first by automatically creating an ontology representing the attributes of the forecast and then linking these concepts to ranges in the worksheet. Next instructions are provided for the end users who will complete the worksheet form and then the worksheet data collection template is emailed out as a file attachment to multiple users. These users open the attachment in Excel, fill in the requested information and submit it making the data collected from multiple spreadsheets immediately available for visual analysis using Anzo on the Web.
