Customer Implementation Project Manager
This person will be responsible for leading the overall customer implementation of the Anzo product suite. This person will serve as the project expert in guiding customers and Cambridge Semantics’ team members through all activities required for a successful implementation of Cambridge Semantics’ middleware and application development tools. Responsibilities include:
- Timely communication between project sponsors and project team members.
- Coordinating project planning and management activities including work plan development, status reporting, issue management, scope management and risk management with customer project manager.
- Assignment and monitoring of work plan tasks associated with system design, build, test, training and roll out as necessary to meet the project schedule.
- Conducting post-live assessment to ensure operational success of the implementation.
- Coordinating seamless transition to Cambridge Semantics support team.
- Maintaining and continually improving customer implementation tools and product documentation.
- Working cross functionally with product management, development, and sales as required to improve Anzo implementation tools and process.
Requirements
This position requires a bachelor’s degree and two to four years software implementation project management. Other requirements include:

- Strong organizational and issue resolution skills
- Strong communication, presentation and writing skills
- Strong team and customer focus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task under time constraints
- Ability to analyze customers’ business problems and apply technology solutions
- Ability to quickly understand a broad spectrum of business problems across industries
- PMI certification a plus
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel a plus
This position is located in our Boston, MA office.
This position may require up to 25% travel.
