Collecting information from multiple users across an organization is never easy. Typically someone in the organizations will email out a spreadsheet or a document to multiple users asking them to fill in the relevant data and email it back. The results are then copy & pasted or rekeyed into a consolidated document, a process that is error prone and cumbersome.

In this demonstration we show an example of how a user can use Anzo for Excel to quickly define the kind of information they want to collect to complete a project plan. Using a quick template, our user will easily collect the required information from multiple users, each of whom need only complete a simple Excel form with their own data. Immediately, this information is automatically placed in our project leader’s spreadsheet and on the Web. Any updates to the data-collection forms are automatically pushed to wherever else the information is in use, so corrections are hassle-free.
